Education
Education is my career. Being in the classroom, sharing my love for learning and teaching my students that through hard work they can accomplish anything, are what I hope to accomplish every day. More than just learning in a classroom however, I believe it is vital that our students learn how to be active members of society. I push them to work hard, over come challenges and find ways to serve others.
The Arts
If you haven't noticed, I'm an arts advocate. Musical Theatre is my passion in life, but the arts, as a whole, are central to having a core education. I am a voice for the artist and want them know that I believe in their power, their place in our community and I want our surrounding communities to join us as we celebrate all they have to offer.
Business
As a small business owner I know some of the challenges that face our community. I also know how important it is to work together to create the best kind of community. Sterling Shaved Ice has been a passion project and a pleasure to run for this community.
